What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone, event date, venue, guest count, budget range and message.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and plan your event if you book with us.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. If you book, we share only what’s needed with the vendors working on your event, with your agreement.

How we store it

Enquiries arrive by email and are kept in our business inbox. Our website uses Cloudflare to host the site and block spam, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.

Photos

We may share photos from your event in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us if you’d prefer we didn’t, and we’ll respect that.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us.
